Getting started...the hardest part.

I procrastinate, feel tired, find other things to do....but, once I get going I feel much better.

The first steps are the hardest, then everything falls into place. I'm thinking of setting mini goals of getting out to walk by a certain time.

Sunny day here in Cleveland, Ohio...a great day to walk.

    YES! Getting started IS the hardest part! It's one of the reasons why I rearranged the living room when the last puppy had been sold and moved on to her new home, so that the recumbant bike was in front of the television. It makes it so much easier to get my cardio in! One step at a time, and this will eventually be a habit.

    It was really nice here in Florida yesteday as well. By the time I came in from my 2 mile walk, I has swet in my hair. Then as soon as the sun goes down, the temp drops 10-15 degrees

    I have made a goal of getting up an dmoving by 9am, but am thinking of moving it back to 10am as that is more realistic. And I only ask myself to do this 4 times per week. I have also scheduled it into my calendar to remind me to get off my duff and get outside and walk or do one of my other exercises. It helps when the message makes you feel guilty about not moving yet! LOL!

    I tend to hate the idea of exercise, then I go out and do it and love it!
