Pannie really likes leftovers. Silly me starting the day after Thanksgiving. So week 1 goes to Pannie. Weigh in tomorrow for the official total. Week 1 was more like NPR than Jerry Springer. Pannie and I showed tolerance for each other, we did not impose an opinion on each other, and we did not make any adjustments. I think I will take Pannie for a walk today. See if that wakes her up. Just a little poke to old Jello hide!! See ya later...Annie

    The best time to start a weightloss program is the day you make up your mind to do so. If you wait for the first of January, it will not get easier and all the time you could have been spending getting the right foods together, doing fitness, tracking will have been lost. I hope I get a new boost after Christmas, but I am working my program NOW as well as then. Keep on sparking! (I'm friending you; hope it's okay!
