Seriously lacking….

Motivation. emoticon

I don’t know why. I want to lose weight, I want to start, I’m eating right but making time to exercise isn’t something I stick too and I really don’t know why.

I got the Turbo Fire Program. I’ve done 2 workouts in the last 3 weeks – LAME.

I’m going to make time to get in my workout today. I’m supposed to be doing the prep schedule and since I haven’t finished week 1 EVER, I’m picking up with what’s scheduled for week1 Thursday which is the Tone 30 Class…

    I'm gonna tell you something my FIIT camp instructor told us at the beginning of our little venture. Motivation might get you started and keep you going for awhile, but it's determination that will get you there. I know it sound cliche, but just do it. Don't feel like working out, just tell yourself you'll do 10 minutes. Once you get your workout stuff on and get 10 minutes in, you'll do more. Even if you stop at 10, it's still 10 more minutes that you wouldn't have done. So Just push through it and you'll get your mojo back
