Fit Mommies - I Need Advice on a Sling/Carrier

I never had a baby sling/body carrier when I had Gianna but I definitely know I want one this time around. I'd like to be able to have the baby close while I get things done around the house and also incorporate the baby into taking walks/doing some light exercise.

Have any of you exercised with the baby in a sling? I'm thinking squats and lunges, maybe some weights... but I would want to make sure I had the right gear so the baby is safe.

    I use a wrap. It keeps your baby right up against your body which is wonderful for the first few months of your baby's life. It takes some getting used to because it can be awkward getting the wrapping down, but once you master it, it's great!

    I used a Snugli front pack carrier, and it was very handy for walks, cleaning, and laundry-type tasks. I also had one of the wrap type ones, but maybe it was just me, but I never got comfortable using it. I didn't use it much for exercising, because I usually woke up super early before the kids were awake to exercise, but I used it some doing Wii Fit.

    I had one and only used it once. It was awkward and I felt like my daughter was just going to fly out at any second. Maybe I had a bad one, so hopefully people can give you a good experience with one. But mine scared me lol

    moby wrap!!!! its a learning curve to get it set up - but once you get the hang on it - BOOM!
