Beginning the Journey AGAIN!!!!!

Well there has a been a few health scares in my family lately and it really has opened my eyes wide....I need to change.....not for my family ....not for my kids ....but for me!!!

My new primary Doctor is making a referral for weight loss surgery....going to be a long road to finally receive approval from the insurance company and also has to make up my mind which surgery do i want? Gastric Bypass or the Gastric Sleeve?

    Be sure you check with your insurance company about which of those surgeries they will cover. I wanted the sleeve, but, my insurance said RNY or nothing!
