not happy.

im at a loss. i am up again.
it is not normal for me and i dont understand.

i am at 1100-something calories.
3 hours biking.
arm workout: 20 exercises with 20lb kettlebell, 20 reps. 20 exercises with 30lb weight, 6 reps each.
ab workout: 40 exercises 20 reps each.

22 or 24 grams carbs. im not sure if im having a snack or not.

    Just wondering.... was it fluid retention? How much salty foods did you have the previous day? That's usually my biggest culprit.

    Eat girl. Eat. You got to sustain that body with some fuel. It will come. emoticon

    Are you sure you are eating enough and not throwing your body into starvation mode? I thought we weren't supposed to go under an average of 1200 per day? You know your body best, though. It just seems to me like your intake is awfully low compared to how much you exercise.

    As a side note, I wish I had your energy! I am amazed at how much you exercise. emoticon
