Finally no sodium :)

Well let's say that my intake of sodium today was within my goal :)
I hope I can keep that more often. I think I did a really good job on eating today. I ate almost perfect on the amount of carbs, fat and protein. Drunk my water emoticon emoticon
Can't believe after so much walking and things to do I still did a 30 min treadmill work out today.
So far so good. Keep up time!!!

    Congratulations on making healthy decisions for yourself. Since I've been using the SP nutrition tracker, I've learned alot about food nutrition and my eating habits and choices. Some days are better than others but it's getting easier every day.
