I have switched the iced tea/water, done the 10min but for 2 days my "alarm" is going off @ 5:30 not the 5 I swear I set it for. So what I decided to do was continue this week with working out when I get home & on the weekend set my alarm for 4:30 and by Mon 5 won't be an issue.

Going to take my pills and hit the sack! Make it a good one

    Good work on the water intake. I got up this morning and had my Montreaux cappuccino in a packet and hot water to mix it with. Tons of calories and plenty of carbs, bu I only spoil myself every onece in a while and I drink tons of water each day. It was just drizzly and gross out this morning and my dad was leaving to head back up to Buffalo, NY to deliver a load, so I had "'coffee" with him. I was very disappointed that he had to leave before my crop-pot finished cooking the drop biscuits for the chicken and dumplings I was cooking for him. But I will freeze them and he can have it when he comes back this weekend. And mom can have some then too as I plan to rescue her on Sunday and lie and tell everyone that dad will be here late Sunday night. No reason she should continue to suffer with my aunt and her issues all next week too.

    I am surprised she hasn't called for a Hail Mary play and beg me to come get her yet! She's a good egg, you would like her.

    So keep up the water intake and stay warm! I heard it was leaving an inch or two of snow yesterday. Did you get any?? Looked like it was snowing on your home alone! HAHA

    Great work on switching from tea to water...that is a success! Keep pushing and you will get the exercise timing figured out.

    i am not a morning exercisier, but i look forward to afternoon and evening workouts. on weekend i get in a good workout around 10-11. technically still morning, but i don't like to force myself to get up and push through intense exercise.

    if you are doing your 10 minutes each day then you are building a great habit.
