Well, I kind of blew it again on Sunday, but I'm back on track. Yesterday, Monday I went to Zumba and did 55 minutes.
This is more difficult than I thought, keeping track of food, exercising...
I am going to keep this up though. I've had a lot emotionally going on lately, which makes this difficult. I will continue on this journey.
With all my friends support from here I know I can do it.
Tomorrow I am going to the gym again. emoticon
