Day 3: Am I streaking yet?

Not sure I'd actually call this a full on streak yet but I think its on it's way to becoming one. This morning was hard as I got up late and had to be out earlier than usual. I was just dragging myself to go do C25K when Nick came out of his room after a potty accident so that killed my morning exercise time as I was busy getting that cleaned up. I made a promise to myself that I wasn't going to let that deter me and instead I would get my workout in after we got back from swim class and I kept that promise! Feeling really good about sticking to my schedule even when something threw me off, at least where exercise is concerned.

Another good thing is I went and got the right stand for our water jugs so getting my water in will be easier now. No more excuses on that one.

Still struggling with the food thing. Schedules are still off and I'm still stressed about a few things and with trying to get the house unpacked I'm still finding that I tend to wait to long to eat and then make less than ideal choices due to convenience. It's the next battle I need to fight but for right now, I'm simply working on trying to make better choices as often as possible and trying to plan more and start tracking. Baby steps...
