Day 2

So I started day two of my excersize routine, I am worn out. I am glad to finally be doing something to make me healthier in the long run. I am so thankful for my friend Jen who has become my fitness buddy and my motovater. We are training to do 5ks I really hope to be able to run a full one with in the next year. I have never been an avid runner but I hope to change that. I am sick of being fat and under motovated. I needed something and Jen seemed to be the right thing. Now just to be able to afford to go to weight watcher with her.
