Day 4: Round two antibiotics

I have always been good at making big plans. My intent to exercise a lot hasn't happened on these meds. Bleh. But, hey, its still Monday.

Eats so far today:

7 am 2 string cheese and meds
10 am: 1 serving ice cream emoticon and meds
noon: 2 cups home cooked coconut rice (not low carb, gah.) emoticon
2 pm: 2 small pepper mints w/meds
dinner: planned home cooked soup with 1 egg emoticon and green beans. emoticon and a yogurt w/meds emoticon

Planned exercise: Yoga Basics with emoticon Kathy Smith.
Other to do list: put away laundry, start working on the paper work with my name on it.

    Your system must really be messed up with all of these antibiotics. You will be lucky if you don't get thrush.

    Hi sorry about you having to take meds...have you heard of Chris powells Choose to lose carb cycle plan? Its amazing and you never feel hungry it is really working great for allows you either 3 cheat meals ( like icream or my fav would be apple pie or crisp with vanilla ice cream) through out the week or 1 full cheat day ( 1000 extra calories) and lose the weight. emoticon without plateauing. emoticon
