First Day on Walking Track

I followed through my plan from last week and signed up for use of the walking track at the gym. Today was day 1 and it went really well. I went a little after lunch, so it wasn't busy; had my IPod so I could listen to music. I walked for 30 minutes. If I didn't have to get back to work, I could have kept going.

Also doing the gym's Holiday Challenge. Wow - their scale is not nice, it weighs me about 4 lbs heavier than my home scale does. So I'm going to track on that scale on Mondays and my home scale weight on Wednesdays. Since I've been tracking here based on my home scale, I'll stick with logging that one here.
