I drank my water today and have managed what I eat so far. Yesterday, I ate a bunch of sherbet though...just couldn't stop myself! I got on the Wii Fit again today. My husband is off too and he got on it for a few minutes. He says he can't get excited about it because he is strapped for time. I wish he could get excited though because he needs to reduce as much as I do. Here's hoping he'll try it again over Christmas holidays. If you have never tried the Wii Fit, it is a fun tool for getting on track. I set a goal to lose 15 pounds in the next 3 months. I really need to concentrate! I get on every day and it lets me know my progress. I do a few of the workouts and they are kind of fun and I get to see how long I worked and how many calories burned doing it. I'm trying to get on it every day.
I was able to get a Coach Nicole video up on the Wii via the internet. The space in front of the TV is roomier for doing fitness. I made it through 1/2 of a video before stopping. I need to find a mat for the floor. I sure do hate getting on the floor! It's so hard to get off! My muscles are achy from all these different workouts I've been sampling.
Hope you are keeping the spark alive in your program. I've been reading a lot of blogs and people are struggling this time of year. Part of it is the weather and shortness of daylight. Part of it is presence of the holiday temptations. I was going to just hold steady as much as possible during this month, but I have decided to spark as brightly as I can with fitness, water, tracking, and eating. I hope to not only make it through the holiday season but to actually lose weight! The worst thing to do is to give up.
