Daily Update - Nov 26th, 2012

I had an okay day yesterday. I ate well and did my exercise even if it was late at night. LOL. Here is my list:

Must Do:

1. Do 10 min cardio - did 15 minutes = 1.5
2. Stay within Calorie Range - did = 1
3. Drink 8 cups water - did = 1
4. Brush Teeth - did = 1
5. Go to work - did = 1

Remaining List:

1. Cook Supper - did = 1
2. Relax for 15 min - did = 1
3. Go to bed no later than 12am - did = 1
4. Eat 2 freggies (lowered to try to be more consistent) - I ate 4 = 2
5. Have a shower - did not do = 0

10.5/5 = 210% So, yeah...another good day. LOL. I'm glad I'm having more good ones than bad ones. My list for today is as follows:
