Yo-Yo of Destruction

Yo-Yo of Destruction - that is what 2012 has been for me. So disappointed in myself.

In 2011 I lost the that 30 lbs of my 60 lbs goal. And then I lost three more for a total 2011 loss of 33 lbs. I reached my 135 lb goal weight on Thanksgiving 2011. One year later, what did I way 162 lbs. Not good!!!! 2012 has been a roller coaster not just for my weight, but also my life.

I have struggled all year with staying consistent and keeping my motivation. And each time I feel off the horse I gained a little more back then I did the time before. And it has just gotten plain out of control. I can no longer squeeze into the cloths I purchased a year ago. Enough is enough. I am not buying new cloths again.

I have become so overwhelmed with spending two hours each Sunday to portion and prep my breakfast, snack, and lunches for the week. My weekends are so hectic as it is, to squeeze that time in became to much. And I became overwhelmed with planning dinner and cooking dinner all the time. Always trying to come up with new ideas. Getting very little help from my husband.

Work, school, kids, husband, house, family, animals, money and time for me.....trying to balance everything that has happened this year just became more then I could do. And this semester of school has been very challenging, struggling to pass a class, and I typically get A's.

And now her comes christmas and finals. My soul is very tired. I am losing the desire to fight for me. I just want to sleep. But it is time to stop the self destruction.

Yesterday I made myself prep my stuff for the week again. This is my plan:

*1/2 cup 1% Low Fat Cottage Cheese
*1 serving Blue Diamond Whole Natural Almonds

Snack 1:
*1/2 cup Fage 0% Fat Greek Yogurt with the following mixed in
*1/4 cup Nature's Path Organic Flax Plus Pumpkin Raisin Crunch

*Laughing Cow Mini Babybel Light Original cheese
*10 Cherry Tomatoes
* 2 oz baby carrots
*1 Celery stalk
*1 mini cucumber
*1 mini sweet peppers
*1 oz Spinach
*2 oz Baby Portabello Mushrooms
*1/2 packet Wholly Guacamole packet
*Premier Protein bar

Workout goal: get 10 mins of something in.
