Nice note from Stronger Seniors class instructor

....... we are using the two DVDs on Stretch and Strength. This gives the person a full workout of range of motion, aerobics and strengthening of many muscle groups. We will continue to use all of these DVDs for this year. Thanks for providing them to us for purchase.
