Daily Update - Nov 25th, 2012

I forgot to blog this morning. It's almost midnight and thus I need to do this before then. LOL. So, to make it short and sweet, I think I did well yesterday. I ate okay (though I was under again) and I exercised as planned. Here's the list for yesterday:

Must Do:

1. Do 15 min cardio - did = 1
2. Stay within Calorie Range - I was under = 0.5
3. Drink 8 cups water - did = 1
4. Brush Teeth - did = 1
5. Go get groceries - did = 1

Remaining List:

1. Spend Time with Mervin - did = 1
2. Relax for 15 min - did = 1
3. Go to bed no later than 12am - did = 1
4. Eat 2 freggies (lowered to try to be more consistent) - got in 5 = 2.5
5. Have a shower - did not do = 0

10/5 = 200% So, I had a good day as I suspected. I did alright today as well although I haven't exercised yet and I'd like to do at least 10 minutes of something light even if it is my day off. So, I hope to get that in shortly. Here is my list for today:

I already know how well I've done on most of these, but I'd like to get in some more before bed in 53 minutes. LOL. I know I can do it.
