Just another good day!

Worked today and even though I had to cover for someone that went home sick, it was a good day. Was able to get a jump start on the schedule. This is the last on I think and hope I need to write for a long time. New manager comes on board on Monday Dec 3rd. Had to take over the booking today since the person scheduled to work in there went home ill.

Jim drove me to and fro work which is always nice. Get to spend some extra time and the drive is relaxing for me at least. After work picked up a few things and then home to change. Headed out to hunt for a humidifier for the upstairs. We are concerned about the humidity up there for the guitars. The furnace one doesn't kick out enough, and the one we have in the living room isn't enough for the whole house. Finally found one and figured all the hunting and walking in and out of various places is counting for a walk for me today. Have just over 9000 steps so far today.

Jim was playing the new guitar today and running it through it's paces on all the amps and speakers. Very impressed with the sounds this oldie has. One thing he has discovered is it is a 1952 Gibson from the serial number. What looked like a 7 is really a Z and that dated it to 1952.

Overall a good day, went over on calories. Had a piece of pecan pie at work, the deli was handing out freebie slices from the leftover turkey dinners. Was naughty and oh so good.

I love pecan pie, but rarely eat it. I might have to get one in tart size, so I can enjoy without worrying about leftovers tempting me.

Love pecan pie but never have it any more. My grandmother made the world's best!
