Well I am back again!! Sparkpeople really motivates me to lose weight and I do well with it it is just hard to stay persistant. I just updated my goals- I can't believe I have gained 20 pounds since March. I should have lost that 20. But it is a new day and a new start to try again. My first goal is to get that 20 back off by the end of January. I know I can do it. I don't want to be overweight for the rest of my life.
