Today I took it slow, busy busy day,

Did some catching up on lost time with Cross Trainer
30 Min, 168 Max HR, 152 Avg. HR

3 Sets 15 Reps Ea.
Squats, Crunches, Reverse Crunches, Cross Body Crunches, Frog Sit Ups (not 100% but did my best), Side Crunches, Heel Touchers 15 per side, JackKnifes, Planks (3 Reps 20 secs. ea.)

    Here's a way to keep things moving in the right direction since we all want to stay fit and motivated during the busy (and calorie-filled) holiday season by pledging to run at least one mile every day, Thanksgiving through New Year's.

    Pledge to run/walk at least one mile every day, from Thanksgiving (that's Thursday, November 22) through New Year's Day. Track your mileage and keep it moving!
