Friday Nov 23 rd

Well it just one of those weeks. I have blogged about my belly ache a few times if I go back in my blogs a year ago and more. People commented I needed to eat more and other things that did not help. At the time I thought I might have an ulcer but never thought much more about it. After a while the pain faded away. I really did not even want to eat my turkey dinner yesterday A few bites and I'm full. But then I get the hunger pains especially before bed and when I wake up but they are not really hunger pains they are much much worse. I eat sometimes and I feel worse and once in a while it might make me feel a bit better. The pain goes from my belly up to like my ribs. I was scared of my heart but I don't feel it in that part so much. Someday I might go to the doctor. I have no insurance and no doctor so it's not that easy.
I hurt my knee yesterday somehow. I am not flexible at all I really need to work on that but so lost to where to start. I can barely bend my knee and its sore. My shoulder has been hurting for 9 months or more , I am used to that pain anymore. Then to top all of that off TOM came. What a day. I really hope I feel better tomorrow. I went to bed at like 5 it felt and looked like 9. Fell asleep when hubby came up to watch Gold Rush.

Tabby I am just now getting to read this. Bless your heart. I sure hope you can get to a doctor soon. It sounds alot like pain I have sometimes and mine is Gerd. It can be so painful. :-( I sure hope you are feeling better by now.. emoticon

I know you said you have no insurance, but you really need to go to a doctor. Beside the possibility of an ulcer, it could be gallbladder trouble. Try eating an apple. If that helps then it really could be a gallbladder issue.

For flexibility I'd recommend some yoga. There are some really good yoga work outs here on spark and on the net. Just work to your level and it works best if you do it every day.

Good luck, we can do this, together!
