I'm getting hungry so I'm going to make this short and sweet. I think I had a pretty good day yesterday. I ate alright (though about 400 calories under) and I did some exercise. WOO HOO. Here's the list:

Must Do:

1. Do 10 min cardio (off day) - did 12 min = 1.2
2. Stay within Calorie Range - was under = 0.5
3. Drink 8 cups water - did = 1
4. Brush Teeth - did = 1
5. Go to Appointment - did = 1

Remaining List:

1. Cook Supper OR Wash Dishes - did = 1
2. Relax for 15 min - did = 1
3. Go to bed no later than 12am - went by 1am = 0.25
4. Eat 2 freggies (lowered to try to be more consistent) - 4 = 2
5. Have a shower - did not do = 0

8.95/5 = 179% So it was a pretty good day as I thought. So far today I've gotten up and gone grocery shopping. I am about to eat breakfast of 1 1/2 cups frosted flakes, 1/2 cup strawberries and 1 large banana. Here's my list for today:

5. Go get groceries -

1. Spend Time with Mervin -
2. Relax for 15 min -
3. Go to bed no later than 12am -
4. Eat 2 freggies (lowered to try to be more consistent) -
5. Have a shower -

I will have a good day! I will it to be. LOL.
