In the last year I have gone through a lot of personal struggles and totally let myself go.
It is time to get back on track and loose the 30 lbs I gained and more. I have not been running much for almost 2 years due to injury. The stress fracture to my shin has taken forever to heal. I am getting back in to running and back to eating right. My friend and I want to train to run a half marathon in the Spring of 2013. She is an avid runner and can get to that point quickly. For me, it will take some time to build up again.
For my first day and starting this on week vacation...I plan to do a workout video for strength and go out for a two mile walk/run. Wish me luck!
Starting weight is 189. UGH!!!! This time last year I was down to 156. This will feel like forever to get back to that. Have to start somewhere!
