Friday Goals

Friday, November 23, 2012

Today is a new day. We had a nice and relaxing holiday now it is time to get back to the grindstone. I am trying to think of new ways to keep myself accountable to the food tracker so that I stay on task with counting carbs and also how to remind myself to stay focused during this crazy time. I think I might actually post up signs with my current goal weight all over the house. Including one on the fridge and one over the stove. That way when I am cooking and baking I will limit the amount of tasting I do as that was a slight issue yesterday. I did weigh myself today but not properly so I am not entering it into the site. I was up 3lbs but I'm not fretting it.

Anyhow!! Goals for today:

emoticon Log at least 20 minutes of exercise today

emoticon Drink only tea and water (did well yesterday, only a small glass of wine and the rest water)

emoticon Eat at least 3 servings of freggies

emoticon Complete at least 1 report

Have a healthy day!

I like your ideas about reminding yourself about your weight. I need some new ways to keep myself accountable, too.

Good for you for setting Friday goals. My main goal was to drive home from my stay at my parent's house. Now that I'm back, I need to try to quickly get back into a routine with healthy habits.

Hope you have a great weekend!

Have a great day reaching your goals today! That's a great idea with putting post-it's up with your goal weight. I do something similar with notes of motivation in cupboards, by doors, on my BR mirror, on the fridge, etc. to keep myself going too :)
