As part of our weekend challenge, we have to blog about how we will stay on track throughout the holiday season.

Cardio exercise 5-6 days a week for 30-60 minutes

Do ST 3x a week

Use past LCW's (last chance workouts) and TNT's (tighten and tones) to mix-up the workouts

Make healthier food choices

Stay away from salty and/or sweet snack foods...these are my downfall

Weigh-in weekly

Continue to check-in with the SPIES team to stay accountable

Continue to use the food and exercise trackers on Spark
