Okay, I confess. Seasonal depression is kicking my butt. But in terms of the habits involved, they're not too hard to change.

- Keep going for walks, but go earlier. Go before showering, since my hair takes awhile to dry (and I'm a klutz with the hair dryer).
- Start evening routine earlier (!!) and go to bed earlier, even if it's to read. Turned on bedtime alarm on phone because lately I've been losing track of time in the evening.
- Take sam-e for awhile longer.
- Stick with routines on the "home routines" app, and read the flylady email list on the web, especially in the morning. Take small accomplishments seriously.

Also pursuing hypnotherapy (not just for this) and reconsidering the idea of buying a lightbox. And taking a relatively large dose of fish oil capsules--not just for seasonal depression, but hoping it'll help. And we're going to rearrange furniture again today. We're going to bring my chair up from my studio in the basement, and put it on the sunny-but-not-shaped-well-for-
large-furniture side of the room.

    Thanks Nomore, heh :) I have joked before that I'm the most cheerful depressive ever. I think it's because I have successfully cultivated about half of the good mental habits I need--not all of them--but enough that it helps.
