I am reading many Thanksgiving blogs today and I need to take the time to reflect on what I thankful for.

First, I am thankful for my loving family, husband and friends.

My family may be spread out around the continent right now, but we are always there for each other and I appreciate everything they do for me. I am so happy to claim them as my crazy, wonderful family.

I can't believe I am married - but I am so thankful for my wonderful husband. He is my best friend, my support, my love. I would not have been able to accomplish all that I have this year without him. He denies me nothing, and loves me for what I am. Be it 170lbs or 120lbs.

My friends. I don't have many friends in every day life. I have a couple and they are the best friends anybody could ask for. As far as my friends through Spark, you guys are amazing. Remarkable. Beautiful. Inspiring. Loving. Supportive. Just flat out spectacular!

I am so lucky to be loved by so many.

I am thankful for my body. My body does remarkable things every day. It can run and climb and kick and stretch. My body allows me to do things that I never thought I would. My body recovers from abuse. My body is able to shrink down after I have put years and years worth of crap in it. My body has the ability to learn to do crazy things, like run a marathon. It may not be perfect, but it is mine, and it does amazing things for me.

I am thankful I have a job. It may not be my dream job, but it pays the bills and I work with some great people.

I am thankful to be here, be alive, and be happy in my life. It hasn't always been this way and I am so grateful that I finally found happiness and joy.
