It's Day 21 -

Recap of Day 20

Calories: 2646 - yep, over. It was planned for and I enjoyed every bite. The food at the dance party was delicious and I chose my calories wisely. Even with that many calories, the fat was low, and the fiber was high. It's a win.

Exercise: The best laid plans (sigh). On the not so positive side - the new workout partner fizzled out again. She forgot her clothes again. My time on the treadmill was cut very short by the fact that my EX didn't show to pick up my daughter and so I had to wait until he got there. (long story). On the positive side - I got 15 minutes on the treadmill and I did dance for the equivalent of about an hour at the dance party. The party was LOTS of fun! My phone died - so I'm waiting on pictures from a friend who is sending them to my email. I will post them just as soon as I get them.

T-day and Santa Day are still on track - but my focus is (obviously) on tomorrow.

Plan for Day 21 -

I'm so glad I planned for T-day early - because this morning my car died on the way to work! I had to wait for a tow truck, and then put the car in the shop. As I type this I am waiting for them to call me. My brother came and picked me up and took me home. I had to take the day off of work and cancel my workout with Trainer #8. VERY Frustrating - so I am going to slip a DVD in and do some work at home instead.

I will have to stay focused on my eating today - I tend to graze at home vs. work.

Tonight I pick up my son at the bus station - he is coming home for T-day! It's in Seattle, so I hope that I can get my car in time. If not, I will have to ask him to ride the bus from Seattle to home - which would really be a pain. Fingers crossed!

Weigh in is still scheduled for November 30th.

Lastly, thank you to all of you - for your support and encouragement! I hope you have a wonderful holiday- Happy Thanksgiving!

Have a great Thanksgiving! I hope your car is ok. Car trouble really sucks and it's even worse around the holidays when you have so much to do.
