I'm off today

I am so happy to be on break, but I knew coming home would throw me off. I am not eating as well and I'm not walking. Yesterday I only logged 3600 step. 1900 of them taken before leaving campus at 11am. Yeah. In 4 hours, I walked more steps than I did in the remaining 12 hours I was up (although I did have to remove my pedometer when I worked out).
I did work out, though. I went to karate with my mom and we did form for 45 minutes after doing 75 push ups and 75 leg lifts. Form doesn't seem like it should be hard, but you really start to sweat after 3 runs. It's entirely aerobic and if you maintain intensity, you can get a really good work out from it.
But today I'm just feeling off. I struggled through my 14 minute work out video and I felt uncomfortable through my stretches. But I'm not giving up! I'll go eat a pear, drink some water, get things I need to done and maybe I'll feel better as the day goes on.
