Day 1 - Juice fast (November 20)

One month to Christmas - sigh - emoticon
My favourite and my least favourite time of year!
I love getting together with family, love seeing my cousins and aunts. I have a love/hate relationship with Christmas dinner (I love it, it hates me)... but worse than that are the looks of pity I get from my realtives. You know the one ... the "I can't believe how big she is" look.

So I have a month to try an really see an improved physical appearance.

After watching "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" I'm going on a 10 day reboot juice fast.

Day 1 :

Juice of
1 Bunch Kale
1 English Cucumber
1 Pineapple
1 Red Pepper
2 Bananas
1 Lemon
3 Apples
1 Tbsp Passion Fruit Pulp

Comments 1st Day: Really like the taste of the juice. Not overly sweet not overly bitter. Mixed enough for the lunch and supper "meal". It seems like a diet that might be expensive to keep up in the long run because I also have to feed my son regular meals and it is a lot of produce, but for a 10 day fast it seems feasable.

That's all I had for lunch and supper but I still felt nourished enough and energized enough to do 60 minutes of Zumba and swimming afterwards without feeling overexerted/underfed.
