Weight loss is like a jigsaw puzzle

Wednesday, November 21, 2012

Thanks, DDHEART, for putting this blog idea into my mind. And thank you to all my spark buddies . . . life has been so crazy busy & stressful lately & I feel as tho I haven't been a great spark buddy. Please know that y'all are in my thoughts & heart & I am so grateful for the opportunity to get to know you.

So, no 2 puzzles are alike. And no 2 journeys are alike. As I say so often, what works for me may not work for you & visa versa. Work your own puzzle.

It can be so difficult to find the right pieces. You think you have the right piece, only to find it doesn't fit at all.

Other times all the pieces just seem to fall into place.

Puzzles are completed faster with a little help from your friends.

Sometimes those last few pieces are the hardest to find.

My prayer for all my spark buddies this holiday season is that they find the pieces of their puzzles falling into place.

What a wonderful blog! Even at age 54 I have not even come close to getting my pieces to fit yet as we are all a constant work in progress. The key is to smile through the process. It's all good!

    Happy Thanksgiving!

All I know about my own puzzle is that it is sometimes as puzzling as it ever was. (smiling)
    Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Thanks for the encouragement. Every workout, every day, every puzzle, and every person is so vastly different like you said. emoticon
