still up in calories but my sugar seems to be under control. unable to exercise today. spent quality time with my grandaughter, now shes asleep and im on myway tired with my long work day. tomarrows plan pack a lunch, lighter breakfast, and eat at home for supper and exercise 30 minutes while shes at preschool healthy cooking class.
