Day 23 - It's going to be a long day...

Today is one of those days that I leave the house at 7 am and don't get home until nearly 9 pm. It makes for a very long day anytime it happens, but today is going to feel especially long since I was up late last night picking up my grandparents from the airport. I've had a good breakfast and have a good lunch in the fridge at work (since I decided to forgo my lunch in favor of pizza yesterday). I'll probably hold myself over with snacks since I didn't get a chance to pack a dinner to take with me. We'll see if I even end up eating dinner. My only real goal for today is to try to make the best choices I can regarding food for today.
