Two and a half weeks, three pounds. Although I was pleased by the scale this morning, my energy level is really low today. I could hardly keep it going today, and I had to fight my eyes trying to shut during an afternoon meeting.

I did the resistance band dvd after work. Well, tried to, anyway. I was interrupted ten minutes in by a phone call from the significant other. I went back to the video, but my concentration was broken and the rest of the exercise was a struggle. However, to my credit, the video is divided into parts: front of the body, back of the body, core, and a combination of all three. Each segment is 20 minutes, but the combined workout is 45. Today was my first day trying to do the combined workout. Would have made it if the phone hadn't rung. I still have to run out and buy supplies for a student's birthday party tomorrow, and I had wanted a little time to knit.

Each year, my district runs a craft fair in December for the employees to buy reasonably-priced craft gifts for the holidays. Each year that goes by, I chicken out and end up giving away tons of knitted items as holiday gifts. This year I'm going to be brave. So I reserved a booth. That means I actually have to have enough items to sell. Right now my finished stash is only a couple of hats and scarves. I bought some supplies this weekend, so here goes nothing!

Seven more pounds and I'm halfway to my goal...

I have those kind of days too, when it seems like your mind and body are just spent. I will usually only do yoga on those days, and as much as I love yoga, even that can be hard. So you're not alone, we all have..."One of those Kinda Days". And at least you did it, you could have just said forget it and sat on the couch and did nothing, but you didn't!

Great job on the weight loss! 1/2 way there! WOO HOO! You can do it!

    Happy Knitting!
