If Plan A fails

There isn't just one correct way to lose weight:
- There's counting calories,
there's cardio,
there's strength training,
there's visualization,
there's "calorie cycling",
there's portion control,
there's the "plate method",
there's finding an accountability partner,
there's "Curves",
there's Weight Watchers,
there's Jenny Craig,
there's the South Beach diet,
etc, etc, etc.

You get the picture. Look at all of the SparkTeams out there. Read some posts. See what others are doing. Google. There are so many ideas out there. Find the strategies that you don't hate. Choose some of them. Discard the ones you don't like. Create your own individual plan. Find what works for you.

If the first thing you try doesn't work, don't give up. Try something else.
