emoticon Scared of what? That darned old emoticon

emoticon Because yesterday I gave in. I ate emoticon after some mashed potatoes which I ate with my turkey. I ate raw vegetables emoticon but had some emoticon pineapple orange punch with ice cream in it. Now you get the picture! I did not feel real good last night emoticon and I can't imagine WHY emoticon

Decided this morning I would not let it get me down , so, one of the first things on my schedule this morning was 30 minutes on my emoticon .

This afternoon I did 2 miles with Leslie Sansome including the stretch band workout while walking one of the miles. The other mile was fast paced with kicks and by the end of that one I was in a total sweat, but, I was feeling much better about myself.

I will not let one day ruin the pounds I have lost. emoticon

The key is that it was just one day. Congrats on the exercise.

It is okay to indulge once in a while. But we should not make a habit of it. You are doing good. Keep it up. emoticon

You have to enjoy yourself. You can not deprive yourself during a special occasion ....pick yourself up ...brush yourself off and continue with your exercise program. emoticon

Hey we're going to fall off our pedestals once in awhile. The important thing is to get right back on just like you did. Proud of you! And I'll bet you still think it was worth it! emoticon

Everybody is going to have a day here and there that is an overeating day. The trick is to not string too many of them together to the point that they are the norm. You sound like you are dealing pretty well with an occasional indulgence day.
