Yesterday was the first time in a very long time I actually did some serious free weights in a gym.
I FEEL FANTASTIC! GIVE me that lactic acid build up I love it. Muscle fatigue, good stuff

I did 30 minutes cardio, 3 sets seated row, 3 sets lat pull downs, 6 sets of curls.

Not the most complete training but a start. I feel great enough to move forward. emoticon

    If you drink some hot cocoa that helps with repairing the muscles and helps with the pain of the latic acid. Not suure how it works but it does. I think it is the protein in the milk and what is in the cocoa that also helps with rebuilding the muscles.

    Weight training is great to add to an aerobic workout! I love the way it makes my muscles feel!

    I absolutely love weight training and you will notice a big difference in the SHAPE of your body if you keep at it over a long period of time :)
