It's a balancing act this week. Trying to take advantage of time to be with my family. Trying to stay on track with fitness and nutrition. Fighting the never ending battle of clutter and laundry. And the count down to tomorrow morning means STUDY STUDY STUDY. It's downright exhausting. I took a break late last evening to meet my husband at the store where he works. I hadn't gotten my daily walk in yet, so I figured what the heck ? My big splurge of the day consisted of two chicken wings and diet soda. Stayed WELL within calorie range. Not a bad day overall.
