Dear Sparkers

If you have been reading my past posts, you will notice in my writings a hint of confusion, desperation, lack of determination and disappointment. Turns out, I really just needed to be patient with my body, as many of you suggested.

I stopped stressing out about the scale not moving or going up and continued with my healthy habits. I was also very mindful not to eat too little, I cannot let my body go into starvation mode. It seems to be doing that quite easily these days.

So here I am three weeks ago complained that I only lost 700 grams then the week after I gained those 700 grams. Last week I lost 1.5 kg. Although numbers mean something to me, mainly because I am paying my dietitian a lot of money. Most importantly, I am really happy with how I feel. I can run/jog for 25 mins, do interval training on the treadmill for 10 mins (for now). Work out 6 days a week and still feel energized.

All thanks to healthy habits. This week is my last week with xenical, chromium and the dietitian. BUT I am focusing and continuing on with exercising with a personal trainer, who will help me shed the last few pounds (3-5kg) but let's start with 3kg. Of course, portion control and calorie counting on top of this.

I am a little nervous as I use to rely on xenical (absorbing fat). But I think I have the hang of it. Everything in moderation, move and stay hydrated.

Anyways, I thought I would share the good news.
