Getting back into the swing of things....

For the past two weeks I have been getting back my focus after having a grueling year of starts and stops...working and studying full time plus family left me with barely enough time to get 4 hours of sleep...but now that things have died down, I am trying to make a turnaround these last weeks of 2012...so far I have lost 5 lbs of the 10lbs I have gained in the past 3 months...now I am going to really crank it up by doing Atkins, which my doctor recommended for my health issues, and getting back into the gym at least 3x a week...I want to ease into it and not go full speed ahead to reach the maximum benefits...my goal is to lose at least 10lbs by December 31, 2012 and continue on losing in 2013...my ultimate goal is to be 180lbs by my milestone 40th birthday which is the end of March...
