Three Day Challenge

I am taking a 3 day challenge....

No soda...
add more exercise...
write down all I eat...
No candy, cake, fried foods...

I will weigh myself Monday and then on Thursday morning

Goal... jump start diet
and lose 2 lbs

    Great idea!

    Making it just 3 days is a smart way to challenge yourself without feeling like you're depriving yourself or it has to be forever!

    Now I need to think of something to eliminate for 3 days... I have plenty to choose from!
