Not Goodbye Just Lots of Changes

Sunday, November 18, 2012

I'm looking forward to this new life of mine. I'm so much happier than I have ever been and I owe some of it to Spark People and my spark friends. You are all quite wonderful and I've never been shy about telling you that. Keep pushing my dear friends. I am still here even though I won't be as out there as I was in the past. I will do another vlog or blog on the first of January with updated pictures and progress reports. I will be checking in on you and will be praying for each and every one of you. Love you much. Have a very joyous holiday season.

Carmel, I am so thrilled with all these wonderful changes in your life. It excites me to hear you are getting out and getting involved in living again! I will be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers for all the changes you've mentioned you want to get started. Best of luck my wonderful friend. I'm so very glad I've had the opportunity to get to know you.
Have an amazing Thanksgiving! May you enjoy the rich blessings of the Christmas & holiday season this year and always.
You are looking amazing and doing so well. Keep up the fantastic work. You are doing great!
Sending you much love and hugs for a bright fulfilling future.

Carmel, my love!! Look at you shine and sparkle and flash that gorgeous smile. You look so happy and in control and breath-taking! You are prospering and finally getting out of the house and living your life again! I am so proud of you and you are growing as a person and letting so many positive things into your life right now!

Who knew you'd love to be outside hanging with the folks in your building? Congratulations!! (Is there a special man friend that makes you smile so very much?) LOL

I am thrilled to see you so very confident. It makes me smile from ear to ear. And you can tell you have been losing weight! That shirt looks like it is ready to fall off of you!! (Don't let it fall off in front of the men folk - they might get too excited and stroke out!)

And taking the initiative to be the Exercise Grand Mistress is WONDERFUL! Did you ever think you would be wanting to do something like that? I bet you didn't and now here you are... our little baby all grown up and getting out and being yourself! Awww!

It costs nothing to keep your page up here so we can send you well wishes. And you can update us every once in a while. Besides, there are TONS of your videos that I have not danced to yet, and I like yours better than the Zumba ones!

So break out that blonde hair and hit up the local scene. Get out there and live and make your mother proud. I know that I am proud of you, and now I have yet another roll model to follow!

Love and hugs and smooches and best wishes,

Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving, and I'll be thinking of you as I enjoy mine. Loved your video, you could really teach me a few things, LOL! You're lovely, inside and out. Much love Carmel.
