Seems like a plateau

Ok so 2 weeks my weight on the scale hasn't changed. I have tried to stay within my calorie range but little to no exercise but I wonder if that's the reason. I haven't being motivated so much during the past two weeks so hence the reason for my "little to no workout". But I've found a workout buddy and we're taking it to the streets as of Monday. So I"ll be back on track; hopefully

    I wouldn't stress too much about a plateau if it's only been 2 weeks. The body does have to physically make changes sometimes before it decides to release the extra. Getting back to exercising will certainly help!!
