Well, losing weight is definitely a process.. I am learning more and more about what works for me and what triggers poor choices on my part.
I have found that when I am tired and hungry, I will eat far too much and eat whatever I can find instead of finding something healthy.
I also found today that I can't bake and expect myself not to eat what I made.. I baked chocolate chip cookies today and planned on eating just 2 today.. Yeah... That didn't happen. I saw the and smelled them and had far too many... But instead of getting down on myself like I usually would, I decided to use it as a learning opportunity... I know that I am not yet ready for that much temptation... I love baked goods... And for right now need to stay away from them... Good to know!!!
