I'm going to make this short today because I'm hungry LOL. I went to the movies with my Dad yesterday (fun time was had), but then I ate lots of popcorn at said movies and then when I got home, I was hungry again and ate a second helping of supper. So, i was WAY over in calories. I'm going to the movies with friends today (TWILIGHT!!!!!) and just put in the same amount of popcorn I would normally eat. I'm already over in fat simply from that one thing. *sigh* So, I don't know what I'll do. I'm hoping that if I eat relatively soon before going, I won't eat all of the popcorn AND my friend will eat some too. LOL. Here's the list from yeterday:

Must Do:

1. Do 30 min cardio - did 15 min = 0.5
2. Stay within Calorie Range - no way = 0
3. Drink 8 cups water - did = 1
4. Brush Teeth - did = 1
5. Do 30 min strength training - did not do = 0

Remaining List:

1. Do dishes - I cooked instead = 0.5
2. Relax for 15 min - did = 1
3. Go to bed no later than 12am - got to bed by 1 = 0.25
4. Eat 2 freggies (lowered to try to be more consistent) - got in 5 = 2.5
5. Have a shower - did not do = 0

6.75/ 5 = 135% So, not too bad of a day though not as awesome as the day before. I'm not planning on blowing my day eating wise, but it does seem sort of inevitable unless I don't eat popcorn at the movies (which is just not my style). So, I'll try to minimize damage and I'll try to do a workout so that I burn some of those calories. Here's today's list:

I will try to have a good day healthwise but sometimes, you just need to have a fun day and this one has been planned as a fun day for me for almost a month. LOL.

    Wow, didn't know popcorn contains lots of fat, perhaps it's the type such as caramel?
    I've read your blog 18 - 20 and you did much better with popcorn so I would say you can bounce back :D

    Could you put a zip lock bag of a crunchy snack in your pocket to munch on at the movies instead of popcorn . Maybe vanilla special k or something like that. Wouldn't it feel great not to have to work off all of those calories. Just a suggestion. The choice is yours but remember it is a choice.
