Hurting All Over

When I weighed in on Tuesday, I had only dropped 1 pound. For some that is good and I know we shouldn't lose weight to fast. But I want to lose at least 2 pounds a week. Having said that, I really pushed myself this week. I worked out for at least 1 hour everyday and I have one more day of working out for at least 1 hour because I rest on Sundays. I hope the scale is kind to me on Tuesday.
