Why oh why

I had a good weight loss this last week then yesterday I was like whatever....ate a muffin and ding dongs at gas station with a full sugar rock star....and several small candy bars from the candy lady. I told myself sometimes you gotta just have a day to eat this crap and get it out of your system. This morning I am super starving as my body wants that sugar rush again today. I know better. Wtf.

    I have an anything goes day once per month. I used to eat junk until I felt sick. Now my anything goes days are eating a sandwhich with white bread. Little by little you will change until you will wonder how you used to eat so much junk. One day never killed anyone.

    One off day is okay once in awhile. Work extra hard the rest of the week and if you're lucky you won't have gained an ounce. emoticon
