Daily Update - Nov 16th, 2012

I think I did pretty darn good yesterday. It wasn't perfect by any means, but I think it was pretty good. Here's the list:

Must Do:

1. Do 30 min cardio - got in 17 min = 0.57
2. Stay within Calorie Range - did = 1
3. Drink 8 cups water - did = 1
4. Brush Teeth - did = 1
5. Make Meal Plan for Suppers This Week - did = 1

Remaining List:

1. Do dishes - did = 1
2. Relax for 15 min - did = 1
3. Go to bed no later than 12am - was 1/2 hour late = 0.75
4. Eat 2 freggies (lowered to try to be more consistent) - got in 7 = 3.5
5. Have a shower - did not do = 0

10.82/5 = 216.4% emoticon emoticon emoticon I knew I had a good day. emoticon I may not have had a perfect day or done as much exercising as I was doing a week or 2 ago BUT I did do very well and I'm proud for re-starting exercise even if it was small. So, here is today's goals:

I will have a great day today! I can feel it! I'm definitely starting it right by waking up a 15 minutes before I'm supposed to. YAY!

    Showering is something I'm working on. I have never been consistent with it (same with brushing my teeth). So, I've been trying to work on it. That's why it's on my list. Thursday was just a day I still didn't feel like it. I didn't have one yesterday either. *sigh* Hopefully I will get one in today (Saturday).

    WooHoo, you got more than 200%! I believe it's 1st time this month right :D
    And you did everything except shower (perhaps too cold, too tired?), that's great!
