Work fitness.....

So I have decided that work is fitness!! I worked 8 full hours today and I tell you what!!! There is no way that sitting and standing and sitting and walking and standing and bending and walking and sitting and etc...... is not exercise. I just have no clue as to how I can track that.

How much I work a week is very varying. I can work as little as 3 hours up to 24 because of my legs. But I swear this is exercise! How do I track this? I think I will see if I can approximate how many steps I took and see if I can track it that way. But still, I know I want to.

Any suggestions?

    When you walk it would not be that hard if you have a pedometer. For the sit down and get up count as a squat? emoticon emoticon
